30-day money-back guarantee

ProTemplate AI is operated by wealthlinsuk. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date — including subscription payments (Professional and Business, monthly or yearly) and one-off AI credit packs. No explanation is required for a change of mind.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout to find your order, or
• Email us at support@protemplate.ai with your order reference and we will arrange it with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from Plan & credits in your account, or through the Paddle billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account reverts to the Free plan. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund — request one as described above if you are within the 30-day window.

Beyond 30 days

After 30 days we will still review requests in good faith, including duplicate charges, billing errors, accidental renewals and cases where the Service did not work as described. Refunds may be handled at Paddle's discretion under Paddle's Refund Policy, and nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
