1. Who you are contracting with

ProTemplate AI (the "Service") is operated by wealthlinsuk ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and wealthlinsuk. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation; if you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

3. The Service

ProTemplate AI is a software subscription that generates, edits and exports professional document templates (reports, proposals, letters, policies, checklists, spreadsheets and presentations) using artificial intelligence. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the limits of the plan you have selected.

4. Acceptable use and misuse

You must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, spam or deceptive activity;
• infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including uploading malware, probing, penetration testing without consent, scraping, or circumventing usage or technical limits;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs as a competing product;
• generate illegal content, sexual content involving minors, hate speech, harassment, deepfakes or impersonation, malware, or content designed to deceive or defraud;
• attempt to jailbreak, bypass or manipulate our AI safety controls.

You must keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account, and you must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

5. AI content: your responsibility

• You are responsible for the prompts and content you submit and for how you use generated output.
• You must have the rights to any content you input, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Output is not legal, medical, financial, accounting or regulatory advice, and must be reviewed by a suitably qualified professional before use in any regulated, clinical, legal or safety-critical setting.
• As between you and us, you retain rights in the content you input and, to the extent we hold any rights in output generated for you, we assign those rights to you, subject to your payment of applicable fees.
• We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts where content moderation or legal obligations require it. Rights holders may submit a takedown request tolegal@protemplate.ai; repeated or serious infringement leads to termination.

6. Our intellectual property

wealthlinsuk retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Service, including its software, template structures, documentation and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you.

7. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, applicable taxes, currency, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Plan & credits; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the account reverts to the Free plan. See our Refund Policy.

8. Service level

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time from Account settings. On termination you may export your documents for 30 days, after which your data may be deleted.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes, law and disputes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
